I tried using the Facebook app and noticed some room names show up as jibberish during login. This made me wonder if the codebase supports some out-of-band protocol to transmit automap data to clients.

If so, I would like to know what protocol is being used and if it is possible to negotiate to receive this data from a telnet session so I can add support for it to tintin++
