Hi guys, I'm hoping that you can help me wih this issue:

I was exploring with my second Character (Alaec) in a new town I found (lots of sailors) when I hit the lit left arrow button to go west....the app crashed. I tried to reload Alaec and the app immediatedly crashes. I have shut the iPhone down for 10 minutes and rebooted with the same results. It WILL let me log in with my other Character Daenku with no issues whatsoever. Is there a way to safely move Alaec back to the starting town? He has some decent gear not to mention time already invested that I would be loath to lose.

Thank you for your time and patience,

~Daenku

Whatever you guys did last night seemed to have fixed the issue! I was not only able to log in normally, but Veda took me to the spot where it happened and I was unable to duplicate the error! Thanks again!

Hi,

We believe we fixed this issue server-side (meaning, effective immediately). Please let us know if you encounter a similar problem again.
